Prior experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams that include sales, customer support, PR, social media and marketing Position Description Responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning for in-person events, tradeshows, webinars, and virtual events for the Mobile B2B team. This includes pre-event planning, day-of-event activities and execution, and post-event wrap-up/reporting.Responsibilities * Coordinate event management for in-person and virtual events, tradeshows, and webinars of varying size and complexity - including budgeting, vendor contracts, event logistics, vendor invoicing, etc. * Complete Reporting Dashboards in support of marketing team members' projects to measure and report on the success of their programs. * Collaborate with multiple sales teams to support Event opportunities in their vertical or channel that will drive revenue growth and deliver a strong return on investment * Coordinate and manage the details of Samsung financial processes and approvals to ensure requirements are met for funding allocation and seamless event execution.Requirements * 3-5 years of experience managing in-person and virtual events, tradeshows, and webinars. * Attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
