At Bandwidth, your music matters when you are part of the BAND. What You'll Do: • Create and own internal Bandwidth events, to include both in and out of office, company-wide and departmental programs • Initiate and drive creative event concepts to best energize and optimize Bandwidth team and company-wide meetings/events • Project manage corporate events from start to finish and reconcile invoices in an accurate and timely manner • Collaborate with executives, managers, and other Bandwidth team members to plan and execute successful events, and solicit feedback post-event to continually improve the company’s event success • Plan catering for meetings and events as needed • Research and implement opportunities to improve and enhance internal meetings and events • Establish relationships with vendors, including attending networking functions, and assist with maintaining a database of vendors for all event needs • Negotiate and review vendor, venue, and hotel contracts • Maintain seasonal and holiday decor across Bandmate Way and common areas • Be an asset to the Recruiting and Marketing departments as needed and as time allows At Bandwidth, we’re pretty proud of our corporate culture, which is rooted in our “Whole Person Promise.” We promise all employees that they can have meaningful work AND a full life, and we provide a work environment geared toward enriching your body, mind, and spirit. • PTO Embargo.
