Event Planning Assistant In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Key Duties: • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements • Collaborate with the event management team to develop event concepts, themes, and layouts • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Assist with event registration, guest coordination, and on-site management • Contribute to the development of event marketing materials, including promotional copy and visual content Essential Requirements: Experience working with event management software and tools, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
