This includes ensuring a clean and safe environment, being proactive in welcoming and engaging guests, and efficiently managing event packages and add-ons. • Ensuring an excellent level of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue • Engaging positively with all Guests • Comprehensively understanding the features and benefits of our event packages and add-ons • Effectively selling and coordinating corporate and birthday events • Accurately recording and updating guest information and sales data using relevant systems • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to set and achieve sales targets • Continuously seeking new opportunities to build strong relationships with existing and potential clients • Assisting with local marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and event bookings
