We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Corporate Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of our events while also serving as the primary manager of the Tower Leadership Event Center. This person will own the full event lifecycle, help maintain a premium facility experience, support attendance and client communication, coordinate vendors and logistics, and help position the Event Center as a revenue-generating asset through rentals and promotion. Client Communication and Attendance Management Track event budgets and help identify ways to maintain high quality while staying aligned with cost goalsBuild repeatable processes that allow Tower Leadership to scale events without sacrificing qualityUphold a white-glove standard across every aspect of the event and venue experience Proven experience coordinating corporate, professional, or high-touch events with multiple moving partsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities without losing attention to detailComfort with AV, event technology, presentation systems, and CRM platformsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, speakers, and internal leadersSelf-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
