As an Account Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for our partner organizations — guiding them from initial onboarding through live event execution. You'll combine platform expertise, proactive communication, and hands-on event coordination to ensure every conference runs smoothly for organizers, attendees, and sponsors alike. Live event support Follow up post-event to resolve any outstanding tickets or issues and ensure a smooth close to every engagement. This role is a great fit for someone who loves the energy of live events, takes pride in building strong client relationships, and genuinely enjoys solving problems on the fly.
