Corporate Event Planner

Seeking a full-time Corporate Event Planner on a temporary four-month contract, this remote position will manage and execute internal events, including vendor negotiations, logistics, and post-event evaluations to enhance employee experience and connectivity. Key responsibilities Plan and organize internal events, including venue sourcing, vendor hiring, and logistics management Communicate with stakeholders to align on event goals and ensure all details are understood Negotiate contracts with vendors and oversee events to ensure compliance and participant satisfaction Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience 5+ years of experience in hospitality, corporate events, or event management Experience working with all levels of management Proven ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously Onsite event experience is essential, though no onsite support is needed during the assignment
