The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the event planning process from initial planning to post-event evaluation, ensuring that events run smoothly, meet their objectives, and adhere to budgetary constraints. Their duties include meeting with vendors at the venue location to help with set-up, running errands for supplies and decorations and working with team members to ensure the completion of a successful event. • Oversee the planning and execution of at least five 100 to 400-person events per year and at least one 20 to 60-person events per month. • Own every aspect of an event, from venue choice to success metrics • Partner with leadership to manage budgets and timelines to ensure they remain on track • Coordinate all logistical details, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, catering, audiovisual setup, and guest management. • 3+ years’ experience in an event or catering environment or a related field.
