“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” • You have significant corporate meeting management experience, preferably in the finance or investment industry. • You possess exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to persuade with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to influence and establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. • You are a progressive thinker with a passion for streamlining processes and executing project plans both individually and collaboratively. • You bring a wealth of experience in managing the fluctuations in the event cycle throughout the year, influenced by various external factors. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
