Works cross-functionally with divisions internally and external partners to plan and execute each event and sponsorship successfully; also designing presentations for leadership media relations and social team to generate awareness for key events, product launches and campaigns. • On event day meet and maintain contact with the client, manage the schedule of the day, caters, registration, guests, security, parking, AV, IT, housekeeping and what is needed for the success of the event in accordance with the Conference Services Guidelines. The In Lieu of Education In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
