We are currently seeking candidates for a Corporate Event Planning Consultant at an investment firm in New York, NY, 10104 (Midtown). This is a temporary role (est. 12+ months) and will pay up to $42.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. • Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of Event Planning experience preferably in the financial services/asset management industries • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Must be able to anticipate project needs, prioritize work, meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary • Provide outstanding client service, is an enthusiastic professional and is able to build relationships with internal and external clients and vendors Key terms: event marketing, event planning
