Carboline is seeking a Corporate Event Strategist to lead the planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, conferences, and more! Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, conferences, and company meetings from concept through completionCreate engaging event experiences that strengthen customer relationships, elevate the Carboline brand, and support business objectivesResearch venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor partnerships to deliver high-quality events on budgetOversee all event logistics, including registrations, travel, accommodations, catering, audiovisual needs, signage, and event materialsManage event budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to maximize value and ROICoordinate sponsorships, invitations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-upPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to align events with strategic goals and ensure flawless executionEvaluate trade show and event opportunities, recommending participation based on business impact and budget considerationsDrive event timelines, manage multiple priorities, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on scheduleMeasure event success, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future programsChampion the Company's safety and quality initiatives Carboline is a St. Louis-based coatings manufacturer with a global reach.
