Key Event Planning Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of multiple events to support business objectives. This role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven record of success in planning and executing multiple events simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have experience managing mid- to large-size budgets and negotiating with vendors. Key Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and/or certification in events or meeting planning; • Four plus years of event management experience, preferably within a corporate, large venue, or event management capacity; • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; • Excellent written and oral communication skills; • Experience managing mid- to large-size budgets; • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
