As part of our vibrant marketing team, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Corporate Events Coordinator to help orchestrate a variety of corporate functions, tradeshows, conferences, and internal meetings for Norstella and its subsidiaries, MMIT, Panalgo, and Skipta.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution: Manage all logistics for our corporate events and conferences—from venue selection to on-site execution and attendee communication, ensuring each event is seamless.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to keep events aligned with strategic goals and effectively communicate updates to stakeholders.Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors to guarantee exceptional event delivery.Budget Management: Develop and track event budgets while ensuring prudent spending and detailed documentation of contracts and invoices.Operational Support: Oversee logistics for webinars, internal meetings, and manage marketing materials, promoting a smooth operational flow.Qualifications:

3-5 years in event management or coordination with experience in managing complex B2B events.Proven ability to juggle multiple events with tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and adeptness in budget and vendor management.Excellent communication skills, with a track record of working with senior leadership.Working Style & Expectations:

Adaptable to a cyclic workload, especially during busy event seasons.Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and changing priorities.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, attending approximately 10 events per year.Our Values:

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. Offers are influenced by various factors including experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a competitive benefits package and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
