Director of Event Sales JOB SUMMARY: Arrowhead Events is looking to fill a part-time position with a highly motivated professional to support event sales approximately 29 hours per week. This position will play a significant role in the sales process with the opportunity for growth in our organization. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills | abilities | competencies: • Professional approach that represents the Kansas City Chiefs Football Club & Arrowhead Events in an exemplary manner • Superior organizational skills, able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner • Plan, organize, and implement projects and tasks within an allotted timeframe • Work with others in a professional manner while attempting to achieve a common goal • Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and internet research skills • Experience in Momentus or other Event Management Software • Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role is preferred • Ability to work long hours & weekends • Reliable transportation daily Ability to work long hours & weekends • Organized and detail oriented • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, and Internet software.
