Alera Group is seeking a Corporate Events Manager focused on building and delivering exceptional event experiences for both internal and client-facing events in the US. As a member of our Corporate Marketing team, you’ll partner with our senior leadership, practices, sales and other Marketing Centers of Excellence to execute events that support our business growth, helping to engage clients, prospects and employees and build their relationships with Alera Group. • Coordination of post-event tasks such as final data management, collection of feedback and event debrief documents. • Prior experience in corporate event management required • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing communications or similar field • Strong proficiency working in Microsoft Products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) • Ability to travel up to 20% • Strategic thinker with the ability to problem solve and offer creative solutions • Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Exceptional project and time management skills required • Strong attention to detail, execution and follow through with little supervision • Candidate will be a creative, innovative and quick thinker who understands event/marketing best practices and concepts • Experience with WebEx, ON24, Adobe Connect or other webinar programs
