Develop and maintain relationships with repeat clients, Museum Business Members, and community partners, while actively seeking out and cultivating new corporate and social rental clients that support departmental revenue goals. Maintain inquiry pipeline and meet monthly and annual budgeted sales goals by selling and up-selling Museum facilities and add-on services. Act as Venue Manager at rental events, by leading a rental support team to fulfill client expectations and anticipate needs. Maintain the safety, security and cleanliness of Museum facilities and exhibits, by overseeing event set-up, enforcing Museum policies throughout event, ensuring adequate clean-up by clients and vendors, returning the Museum to its original state for regular operation, and properly securing campus.
