Facilitates the strategic meetings management process (SMMP) for internal clients through process, operations and project management on the 19th Floor in the Executive Dining and Meeting space. • Project management and operations activities including calendar creation and maintenance; knowledge and utilization of reservation software, ability to troubleshoot and work across teams with technology and platform designers; creation and maintenance of databases; expert knowledge of bank-wide Microsoft 365-based platforms (Excel, Outlook, Teams, WebEx and Word); knowledge and utilization of One Drive and SharePoint. • Participate in industry related events as required.
