The Corporate Events Planner role at Brooks is a critical position responsible for executing a diverse range of events that directly impact employee engagement and company culture. As a member of the Corporate Events team, the successful candidate will play an instrumental role in bringing the company’s culture and values to life by crafting memorable experiences that resonate with employees and leadership alike. This position involves close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders internally across Brooks, including the Office of the CEO, HR teams in Asia and North America, Internal Communications, and the Global Creative team. Key responsibilities include supporting large-scale corporate meetings such as the 26.2 and 13.1 North America Company Meetings, global leadership summits, and regional employee business meetings like "Run with Asia." • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and/or experience • 3+ years of experience planning small- to large-scale corporate events • Ability to successfully manage time and juggle multiple priorities • Keen attention to detail • Proven experience managing event logistics with cross-functional team involvement • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated innovation and initiative • Ability to perform under tight timelines • Passion for running and an active lifestyle • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams • Experience with event technology platforms is a plus
