This position is based primarily in Cleveland, Ohio, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements and remote options depending on geographic location. The Corporate Events Planner role within KeyBank’s Commercial Events team is vital to the successful planning and execution of client events and tradeshows that align with the bank’s commercial banking objectives. This role focuses on orchestrating all stages of event management, from conceptualizing and logistics coordination to onsite support and post-event analysis. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in events, marketing, communications • Minimum of 2 years direct experience in events, marketing, communications role • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and related Office applications • Experienced using project management tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage details, timelines, logistics, and multiple concurrent deliverables • Valid driver's license for occasional vehicle operation • Willingness to travel up to 25% with overnight stays
