The Corporate Events Planner is a full-time professional role centered on organizing, coordinating, and executing key shareholder engagement activities, such as the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, informational meetings, and culturally significant gatherings. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in event planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement who are passionate about supporting Alaska Native communities and facilitating successful corporate events that foster shareholder relations and cultural identity. bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration marketing communications or public relations preferred or equivalent work experience high school diploma or ged required project management experience overseeing events from the initial concept to final delivery vendor management site selection staff coordination risk management and on-site troubleshooting proven experience in event planning coordination or administrative roles experience with microsoft office suite word excel powerpoint and virtual meeting platforms zoom ability to work on weekends or evenings as required must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy ability to travel up to 50% of the time ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally physical and mental ability to travel in small aircraft ferry and small watercraft in extreme weather conditions Restaurants and hotels use OysterLink to hire.
