About The Role

The Corporate Events Program Manager plays a vital role in orchestrating our corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal gatherings. This position involves managing the full event lifecycle from planning to post-event analysis, and it requires collaboration with various teams, including marketing, content creation, and vendor management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the execution of corporate events to enhance our brand narrative at trade shows, internal meetings, user conferences, and promotional activities, taking on both leadership and support roles.

Oversee the event strategy from start to finish, covering planning, venue selection, lead management, and on-site execution.

Manage event objectives and budgets, measuring ROI and engagement metrics to facilitate ongoing enhancements.

Cultivate partnerships with external vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms.

Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to design effective event agendas, campaigns, and content tailored to engagement goals.

Provide event support including pre-event briefings, on-site assistance, follow-up initiatives, and analysis post-event.

Seek opportunities for speaking engagements at relevant corporate conferences and industry trade shows.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience in high-growth settings.

Proven experience managing large-scale owned and sponsored events.

Skilled in using event management software and registration systems.

Available to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in the technology sector.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Ability to effectively perform under pressure, handling tight deadlines and unexpected complexities.

Exceptional written communication skills, capable of collaborating asynchronously across teams.

The salary range for this role is $71,900 to $103,350. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and receive restricted stock unit awards as part of a comprehensive compensation package.
