Responsibilities • Hands on set up/dismantling of meeting and event spaces • Ensure meeting rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean and efficient manner • Utilize online ticketing/work order software to ensure carry out all set up request/customer expectations are completed prior to deadlines; Complete service tickets efficiently • Assist in direction of temporary support labor as needed • Perform daily venue and storage checks; coordinate findings with the Employee Services Manager and impacted departments to promptly remedy any deficiencies • Assist Employee Services Manager with administrative duties including, but not limited to: daily/weekly project sheets, customer service, email correspondence etc. We can’t wait to see where your ambitions take you at JLL.
