We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Events Specialist to support the planning and execution of our global events program. The ideal candidate is passionate about event management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations. 2+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, corporate events, or related fields.Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner portals.Willingness to travel occasionally to support onsite event execution.A reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $75,000 - $100,000.
