The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support, utilizing technical knowledge, understanding, and implementing meeting planning tools and processes to ensure solid execution of assigned programs.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage or provide support to team for the planning and logistics associated with Corporate, Colonial Life and Unum meetings and events.Work with key business partners and Meeting and Events team to develop specific programs from conception to completion so desired experiences are achieved.Perform a variety of meeting logistical tasks for Meetings & Events Team (e.g., designing schedule & sequence of orders, flight tracking details & ground coordination, review details to ensure accurate orders from vendors, support materials & amenity gifts, etc. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.$53,300.00-$100,700.00Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not.
