With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world. 5+ years of corporate meetings and events experience Proven experience planning and executing corporate events with 100+ attendees Experience with executive functions, customer programs, and employee engagement initiatives Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong budget management, forecasting, and reporting experience Experience managing vendors, venues, hotels, and production partners Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize workstreams and drive execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups Preferred: Experience supporting virtual and hybrid events Experience with Cvent or similar event management platforms Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
