At AAA Northeast, the Corporate Travel Advisor serves as a trusted travel expert and strategic partner, managing air, hotel, car rental, and rail travel for employees across the organization while delivering a Five Diamond customer experience. This position also supports event planning activities, travel policy compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Partner with the Senior Manager, Air & Travel Services to research, source, and coordinate travel needs related to corporate events and meetings.Assist with travel logistics for event attendees and stakeholders. Serve as the primary travel advisor and trusted resource for AAA Northeast employees, delivering exceptional service and a Five Diamond traveler experience.Consult with travelers and stakeholders to coordinate air, hotel, car rental, and rail arrangements that align with business needs, travel policies, and budget considerations.Manage travel reservations, itinerary changes, disruptions, and traveler support before, during, and after travel.Promote compliance with corporate travel policies, preferred supplier programs, and established booking procedures.
