If You Love to: Collaborate with the Sales team across our 12 owned office locations to understand client objectives, budgets, and brand visionLead the proposal processing in developing creative and strategic event concepts that align with client goals and target audiencesManage the design process from ideation through final presentation, including mood boards, copywriting, renderings, presentations, and budgetingPresent creative concepts confidently during pitches and client meetingsSource, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliersApply pricing strategies that balance creativity with budgetManage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesPartner with Operations teams to ensure supplier service levels meet or exceed expectationsLead creative projects, organize outreach, and oversee concept execution planningMaintain and update supplier, venue, and resource librariesStay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and pricing modelsEnsure the delivery of polished, error-free creative concepts Experience with a destination management company or agencyProficiency in CanvaStrong, trusted supplier and vendor relationshipsAbility to collaborate across diverse teams and work stylesA balance of creative vision and operational awareness
