Creative Event Facilitator

Art Worthy is a Houston-based sip and paint company we’ve blended art, culture, and community through engaging paint experiences that are both fun and meaningful. The Creative Event Facilitator is a contract position for individuals with basic knowledge of painting, crafting, and a passion for creating fun, engaging experiences. Responsibilities include event setup, hosting, providing instruction and encouragement, and clean-up. Events are typically scheduled on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with each lasting approximately 2–3 hours. Responsibilities: • Basic knowledge of painting and crafting techniques • Passion for creating engaging, hands-on experiences for groups of all ages • Ability to prepare, demonstrate, and guide themed art projects step-by-step • Creativity and confidence in leading guests through artistic activities • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently • Flexibility, dependability, and a positive, can-do attitude • Energetic and welcoming presence to keep events lively and fun • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
