Customer Experience Focus As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. This includes helping customers shop, locate products, and providing them with solutions. Additionally, you will educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys and assist with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additional Responsibilities: • Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
