The Culture and Events Specialist is a dynamic, detail-oriented professional responsible for orchestrating a variety of corporate events and driving enterprise culture initiatives. • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform future initiatives • Coordinate surprise and delight experiences, including logistics, vendor management, communication, leader visibility, and replication toolkit for field/remote teams) • Support functional culture councils with meeting coordination, toolkit updates, and activation follow-up. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and Organizational Leadership, Events Management, Hospitality Business, Communications, or related field preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Passion for event management and culture • Experience managing small projects from start to finish, as well as vendor and logistics management • Ability to balance budget constraints while maintaining a positive experience • Ability to design and implement resources and toolkits • Strong interpersonal and networking skills; able to represent Domino’s professionally
