Due to our growth, we are adding a Customer Service Event Specialist position to the Events team in our organization! This position will populate new and existing websites through a Content Management System (CMS), set up events for online enrollment, and provide general customer support that meets the defined standards of the company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Maintains existing customer websites, including but not limited to making general content updates, as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Must demonstrate good interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changes in daily tasks, when necessary. • Customer Service skills required.
