We are looking for a results-driven Customer Experience (CX) Events Manager to plan, oversee, and scale our event programs targeting Contact Center and CX executives. - Knowledge of CX industry, current market trends, and event best practices for the CX audience - Experience with marketing in a high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS company - Be able to demonstrate excellent presentations skill with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging - Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated - Thrive in an ambiguous environment with excellent adaptability - Preferred experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and project management tools Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $86,400.00 Maximum: $167,600.00 At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
