You'll gain valuable customer service, leadership, and management experience in the event & wedding industry, all while benefiting from a flexible schedule. to ensure timeliness and a clear consensus of the plan for the day • Ensure a comfortable and confident wedding party by orchestrating day-of ceremony rehearsals • Act as liaison between all individuals who have a role in the wedding ceremony to ensure a seamless ceremony from start to finish • Work alongside security to ensure gifts are secured, guests are safe, and venue rules are adhered to • Ensure the venue is guest ready for each phase of the event (all staff in place, music on, decorations precisely placed, etc.) • Use creative strategies to quickly and efficiently respond to any unforeseen issues
