We handle all the intricate details, from vendor coordination to timeline creation, and correspond with various vendors within the wedding industry. You’ll work closely with couples and vendors to ensure each event runs smoothly during their big day. Responsibilities • Assist with planning and execution of weddings and special events • Confirm logistics the day of the event with couple, vendors, and venues • Execute day-of timelines and troubleshoot in real-time • Represent Palmetto River Planning with professionalism and grace • Manage logistics on the wedding day, including setup and breakdown of event space, coordination of vendors, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. • Utilize strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and venue staff.
