Looking for someone who can handle planning meetings with the couple and confirming details, making floor plans and event timlines, to executing exceptional events on the day of, all while providing extraordinary customer... service. Successful events will largely depend on the personable character, skilled communication, and organizational acumen of the Day of Event Coordinator. • Clear and concise communication to client throughout the planning timeframe • Conduct on-site rehearsal the morning of, if requested • Greeting and directing vendors on-site • Coordinate signing of the marriage license and final delivery to the officiant. • Assist and guide the client with the end of the event.
