Deputy Project Manager (Events Manager)

• Evaluates each event to ensure appropriate material and labor are allocated. • At events: • Time keep for Event Staff & Supervisor(s) • Distribute and track equipment for event • Conduct Event Brief, track all notable information on PMO Event Log • Ensure Event Supervisor tracks all notable information on Supervisor Event Log • Assist Event Supervisor as needed during event operations • Anticipate event management obstacles and resolve promptly. • Meet regularly with USAFA Athletic Department, Security Forces, and USAFA Transportation Department to discuss traffic and parking plans for each event, staffing needs, and equipment needs. Physical Demands / Work Environment: • Must be able to work alternate shift schedule to meet the mission requirements of the customer, to include weekends and holidays. • Must be able to perform on-call duties when necessary and report to work within the required timeframe from notification.
