The Destination Events Manager develops, coordinates, and implements tradeshow and external client events for the Visit OKC Convention Sales, Destination Services, Tourism Sales and Sports teams including, but not limited to, budget management, logistics and applicable communications. • Position requires a professional, diplomatic, calm demeanor and exceptional relationship-building skills. • Exceptional written, oral, math and sales presentation skills. • Position requires extended periods of time sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer. • Maintain a well-informed working knowledge of the attractions and services available in Oklahoma City.
