• Act as a liaison between clients, the Hispano Chamber of Commerce, and the partner host sites to coordinate event logistics and ensure client satisfaction. • Follow up with clients or members to resolve open questions or issues. • Secure the appropriate number of volunteers for each conference and maintain consistent and thorough communication with them about their scheduled event • Ensure volunteers share feedback post-event and cultivate valued relationship with them • Knowledge of hospitality, tourism, and meeting/event logistics management. • Exceptional communication skills (phone, written and in-person) • Client satisfaction oriented (“people person”) • Problem-solving skills • Ability to operate well under pressure and multitasking with ease • Strong time management skills; ability to meet deadlines • Strong work ethic • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed • Current passport or ability to obtain one for international travel.
