Development and Events Manager Location Toledo, OH (City Center area) : The Development and Events Manager is responsible for helping Mobile Meals of Toledo further its mission by raising funds that enable us to continue serving our community. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is required • Three to five years of professional experience in event planning, fundraising, and donor management • Must be a self-starter/self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision • A high degree of professionalism and sensitivity to confidential information • Team player with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, board members, committee members, and volunteers • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Computer proficient; knowledge of Network for Good or other CRM, and Microsoft Office • Demonstrate initiative and accept accountability; effectively manage time and communicate and respond to inquiries in a timely manner • Should be accessible for fundraiser activities before and after regular work hours, including weekends, as needed • Enthusiastic attitude and love for the mission of Mobile Meals of Toledo Experience: • Events management: 3 years (Required) • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Toledo, OH 43604 (Preferred)
