SVP is seeking a Development & Events Coordinator to join its dedicated team to ensure our volunteer recruitment, stewardship and engagement work is managed efficiently and effectively. The Development & Events Coordinator will report directly to SVP’s Director of Resource Development, and will focus on four main areas: • Project Management Coordinating SVP’s donor/volunteer recruitment, stewardship and engagement efforts to ensure timely and appropriate donor/volunteer connections and communications; this may include database management, scheduling, task management, goal tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Any demonstrated combination of experience and education that ensures the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position may substitute for the stated qualifications. • Culturally agile: practices cultural humility, is aware of how racism operates at a systems, organizational and interpersonal level, and can provide and receive feedback needed to support SVP’s commitment to antiracism; is committed to continuous learning on diversity, equity and inclusion.
