Candidates should be able to conduct donor research and create and maintain reports and spreadsheets. • Schedule, plan and execute all donor and fundraising events throughout the season (September-May) including VIP events and the Annual Gala, with the support of the Major Gifts Officer, Development Assistant, Executive Director and Gala Committee. • Effectively collaborate with and assign responsibilities to development support staff. • A multi-tasker and self-starter with a strong ability to work under pressure • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and produce quality results on time with attention to detail • High ethical standards and commitment to excellence in all work-related endeavors • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and web-based project management tools • Become a vital part of this vibrant, creative and collaborative workplace!
