Development Events Manager

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Events Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating fundraising and cultivation events that advance the mission of John Ball Zoo. Working with the Director of Development, the Development Event Manager helps establish and achieve annual sponsorship revenue goals, ensuring sponsors receive maximum visibility and benefits through thoughtfully designed sponsorship packets, decks, and deliverables. • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in event planning, sponsorship sales, and development • Proven ability to secure sponsorships and philanthropic support from corporations and community partners.
