Development & Events Manager

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization by cultivating donor relationships, securing grant funding, building community partnerships, and executing successful fundraising and awareness events. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and project manager with demonstrated success in nonprofit development activities and a passion for improving maternal and child health outcomes. The Development & Events Manager serves as a key ambassador for the organization and works closely with the Executive Director, staff, board members, donors, sponsors, and community partners to expand Healthy Start’s impact throughout Escambia County.
