As the Development Director / Event Planner / Fundraiser at Respite Retreats, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fundraising activities and event planning efforts. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, where team members are empowered to contribute their skills and expertise to achieve fundraising goals. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, and event planning, with a proven track record of success in raising funds and organizing impactful events. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve fundraising goals and objectives. • Passion for the mission and values of Respite Retreats, with a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by cancer.
