Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Development, Fundraising, and Event Manager at the Auction of Washington Wines in Kenmore, WA. The Manager will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising events, developing relationships with donors and sponsors, managing fundraising campaigns, and coordinating logistics for events. Qualifications • Experience in fundraising, event management, and donor relations • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising software • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field • Passion for the wine industry and the mission of the organization
