Development & Special Events Coordinator

The manager will confirm the team’s core onsite days where the majority/all team members will work in the office. The Finance and Administration team provides business operations support and includes administrative, finance, human resources, project management and special events professionals who work collaboratively with colleagues in Communications and Marketing and Development and Alumni Relations. This position provides development-related support to the Alumni Relations and Special Events teams in the Office of External Affairs. Office of External Affairs, Development & School-wide Programming (60%): • Support marquee internal and external School events including Campaign and Sesquicentennial initiatives • Provide advanced event coordination and day-of assistance for the school’s Health Advisory Board meetings. 40/year) • Collaborate with BSPH Department and Program staff to support alumni engagement programming (including registration forms, event logistics consultation, tracking and sharing registration lists) • Support ongoing event logistics for Sommer Scholar leadership programming (lunches, special events, field trips) • Work collaboratively with the Associate Director for Alumni Relations to support activities for the Delta Omega Honorary Society includes the annual induction ceremony, poster competition and board meetings.
