, • Ensures all events comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. , • Works with the marketing team on the production of all event materials (printed and electronic), including save the dates, invitations, brochures, and onsite materials with the appropriate marketing or corporate leaders. , • Manages all post-event logistics, such as teardown, and ensures any necessary communication is complete. , • Schedules and facilitates post-event debrief with the planning team to identify strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities for improvement in the execution of future events. , • Manages logistics as necessary with event sponsor(s) and other outside vendors.
