Director event

Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Research Operations, the Associate Director provides leadership in the development and successful execution of centrally sponsored Research events as well as the management and oversight of all complex space projects. The Associate Director will provide strategic and comprehensive leadership, event planning and execution for approximately 30 Office of Research events annually. Responsibilities including oversight of all event logistics, collaboration with a variety of stakeholders across the University and management of the event budget. The Associate Director also provides leadership of all facilities, space and information technology initiatives for all reporting areas within the OOR. In support of the event and space facilities responsibilities, the Associate Director will provide financial oversight and budget management of all budgets related to these areas.
