Director, Event Curation

This position curates strategic events and experiences designed for philanthropists that inspire curiosity, connection, and action on climate. The Director, Event Curation is in charge of overseeing the overall event from strategy and design through flawless execution. You will lead a cross-functional team of staff and vendors, each responsible for key areas, and be responsible yourself for leading on program and content, working with a variety of voices and formats to bring new and impactful programs and experiences that connect with philanthropists. Event Strategy and Management (50%) • Work with the Director of Marketing and Philanthropy team leads to develop an annual events calendar aligned with Climate Lead's strategic and communications goals. • Oversee external vendors to manage production, logistics and design.
